Credit card, debit card processing fee of 2.99% applies for any card payment.

Photo booth Pick up
All rentals are to be picked up the day before your event at or around 6PM or through the vendors preferred time slot, unless otherwise specified.

after event Drop off
Drop off will be the day after your event or the following day at 2:30PM unless otherwise specified. *Any late pickups or late drop offs are subject to a late fee*
*Courtesy Template work
Courtesy templates are free depending on a few factors:
1: Depends on type of event. For certain seasons, and certain celebrations we are not able to do certain custom wording, and or elements, but we can add different words and or add names, dates etc. But we like to make sure you get a beautiful template at the end of the day.
2: On availability of designer
3: You get one free design with a limited number of extras and elements and special requests for the initial design, we can make some minor changes, but anything big or request for another template design is subject to a fee.
4: We need your request for a custom template at least 2 weeks before your event, otherwise we will have to go with a nice stock template with no customization.
We are not obligated to follow up with your special or custom template request after making the retainer deposit, but you can definitely reach out to us regarding all this, and we will be delighted to work with you!
Paper props, glam filters, gifs, boomerangs, digital props and any other add on is by request and subject to a fee if specified on contract. retainers (“Security deposits”) are non-refundable, due to us holding and preparing your date, and that we make sure to give everyone a chance to book. please contact us with any questions!
Rental Requirements:
We must have a picture ID and credit, debit card on file for this rental.
Cancellations and refund policies:
MSO Must obtain a valid notice within 7 days of the event for any kind of refund which would be determined on how much time we invested on your reservation rental, how much materiel was purchased (example, prints media, ribbon ink etc).
*Prorated payments made, may be applied to saving the deposit/retainer for a later date. In most cases, a deposit/retainer is nonrefundable due to us holding the date and not giving it out to anyone else, this helps us to ensure all of our clients get a equal chance to rent from us for their special occasion.
MSO is not obligated to give any refunds, however please contact us as we are more than happy to work with anyone's situation.
Last minute add on's cancellations (example if you decide to not go with prints or a custom prop or material or artwork) and or any kind of last minute cancellations, may result in a fee for restocking depending on materials used and or no refund due back.
